Direction: Out Terregles Rd, Return Old Military Road

This route goes through the 3 towns of Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbright and Dalbeattie. There's a good climb 10 miles in over Glenkiln Hills on a mostly traffic free road. From Castle Douglas to Kirkcudbright the road is also pretty much traffic free. From Dalbeattie head out for The Haugh of Urr to return on the fantastic undulating 'Old Military Road'.
